Latest NASA Mission: Mars Exploration

NASA's Mars exploration program has been ongoing for decades, with the goal of studying the Red Planet and determining its habitability. In 2020, NASA launched its most advanced Mars mission to date, the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover. This mission will collect rock and soil samples from the Martian surface and search for signs of ancient microbial life.

The Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover also carries a small helicopter named Ingenuity, which made the first-ever powered flight on another planet in April 2021.
